Breakfast came about an hour later than expected on Saturday, in spite of our growling stomachs. On the way to My Sister's Cafe, a breakfast place we hadn't tried before that's adjacent to the ship yards in Sturgeon Bay, we encountered a group of men moving a 150 foot boat back inside after they had pulled it out of the Palmer Johnson building to drop in a pair of generators. Some of the facts I learned were that the boat is made of aluminum and takes about 1-1/2 years to complete. The painting alone takes about 8 months. At the moment, they have five boats of various sizes under construction. I forgot to ask the price.
