Small world

Imagine walking along a dark street, 5,000 miles from home, at one in the morning, and coming across a friend's car parked along some random street. Okay, it's not just any car; it sticks out a bit because it's a military vehicle that is now in private service. Still, what are the chances?

Last night, on a whim, we stopped in a small tavern (Ravenswood Bar) in Chicago. We struck up a conversation with a guy sitting next to us and soon learned that he was once a business partner of someone who now works for Carolyn. What are the chances of that?

I could go on with more stories of coincidence, like these, but I'm sure you have many of your own. Feel free to post your most memorable one; or email it.
